Chat
The chat bubble at the bottom left of every page opens a conversation that reaches us directly. Your messages stay in the bubble for 90 days; when nobody is online, the reply arrives there and by e-mail.

@Moonleap_io posts what we measure on the sites we watch. Direct messages are read, but e-mail is faster.
Security reports
If you found a vulnerability in moonleap.io, e-mail hello@moonleap.io with the steps to reproduce. We answer within two working days and credit you if you want to be credited. Please do not test against other customers' data.
Your data
Disconnecting Google, deleting a project or deleting your account happens from Settings without writing to us. What we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy; the rules of the service are in the terms.
