Terms of Service

Who we are. Moonleap is operated by Decortie UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@moonleap.io.

The service. Moonleap analyses websites you add to your account, reports findings with the evidence they were computed from, hands fix instructions to your own AI coding agent over MCP, and re-measures over time. We analyse only pages that are publicly reachable, as an anonymous visitor. You may only add sites you own or are authorised to analyse.

Your account. You are responsible for the credentials you use and for the API keys and agent connections you create. You can revoke any connection and delete any project in Settings at any time; deleting a project removes everything we hold about it.

Google data. If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we request read-only access and use the data solely to show it to you and to your connected agent, under Google's Limited Use requirements. See the Privacy Policy.

Plans, trials and payment. The Preview is free for one site, once. Paid plans (Builder, Studio) are billed monthly in USD by Decortie UK Ltd through Stripe, plus VAT where it applies. A trial requires a payment card and converts to a paid plan after 7 days unless cancelled in Settings. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refund. If your coding agent has not shipped a fix you approved within 14 days of your first payment, e-mail hello@moonleap.io and we refund that month. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Fair use. Analyses are metered (a lock between runs and a daily cap) to keep the service fast for everyone. Do not use Moonleap to analyse sites you have no right to analyse, to probe systems, or to resell our output as a service.

What we do not promise. Findings are our best reading of public signals and third-party data (Google, Bing, OpenAI, DataForSEO, PageSpeed). We do not promise rankings, traffic or AI citations, and we are not liable for changes your agent makes to your code; you approve every change before it ships.

Availability and changes. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by e-mail before they take effect.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
